Managing Partner
As Managing Partner of Gardiner & Theobald, Adam is responsible for leading both the strategic direction of the firm and its day-to-day operations.
Adam joined G&T in 1989 qualifying as a Quantity Surveyor in 1992. He subsequently moved into the Project Management division and developed particular expertise in managing large, complex projects. His experience included a five-year secondment to a major US Investment Bank and a period seconded to a UK Developer.
Adam became a partner of G&T in 1997 and led the Project Management division between 2005 to 2018.
Between 2012 and 2018 Adam led the firm’s strategy to consolidate its geographical footprint and refocus the business on its core markets in the UK and US.
Delivering the very highest service levels in the industry is Adam’s first priority. His personal drive, enthusiasm and commitment, along with his proven ability to build and lead strong management teams, bring significant value to G&T’s clients and stakeholders.
Adam leads G&T’s ‘NextGen’ programme which helps to ensure that the firm remains focussed on attracting, developing and retaining the very best people and creating the future leaders of the built environment.
