Ben joined G&T during a university placement year and has since gained over 10 years of experience in the Leeds office. Specialising in the residential sector, he leads cost management for major Build to Rent and student developments across the North of England. In addition, he has successfully delivered projects across industrial, retail, MSCP, commercial office and education sectors.
