Daniel Wynne

Daniel has over 20 years major infrastructure experience working alongside major clients, delivering both transformational projects and change programmes to improve total client and supply chain capability.

Daniel has played a leading role in both defining and delivering project and programme controls approaches that are appropriate, aligned to his client’s requirements and enable early management action to positively influence outcomes and the achievement of project and programme benefits. Daniel has applied this to some of the largest and most complex programmes in Europe. He is also an accomplished independent reviewer, gaining experience in rail and aviation, and dealing with a variety of stakeholders and investors

Daniel plays an active role in industry and regularly supports the Association for Project Management (APM) and has a passion to move the discipline forward. Daniel is an APM author and has supported the association with G&T by hosting events and launching guides.

Daniel's diverse experience spans a number of sectors and skills, having worked across highways, rail, highway structures, aviation, pharmaceutical, office fit-out, defence, utilities and power amongst other sectors. Daniel is used to forming and managing strong interdisciplinary teams and has a passion for these teams performing well as well as developing the individuals within the teams.
