David Morrice

David has over 30 years’ experience delivering major infrastructure programmes in the UK with a balance of knowledge between procurement, contract administration and assurance.

David’s experience includes Crossrail Ltd where he was the Client Contracts Director from 2010 to 2019, Lower Thames Crossing as the Head of Procurement, Network Rail as Contract & Supply Chain Manager for Southern Region, the Commercial Lead for the TfL Piccadilly Line Upgrade, the HS2 ICE assurance panel, Thames Tideway assurance and HS2 Phase 2a delivery strategy.
