Gavin is a lead partner in our Workplace sector acting for developers, funders and occupiers. An active member of the British Council for Offices, he sits on the Technical Affairs Committee and has contributed to the rewriting of their Guide to Specification 2009, 2014 and 2019 together with the Fit Out Guide of 2011.
With over 30 years of post-qualification experience, Gavin brings his commercial acumen and market knowledge to a range of projects from galleries and theatres, to private residences and education buildings.
A Fellow of the RICS he is a registered Expert Witness advising on best practice in the workspace sector.
A visiting lecturer in cost management, Gavin also leads our research and forecasts in market tender price movements and has published several papers on the subject.
