Georgie is a partner in the Project & Programme Controls team who has successfully delivered award-winning, global capital investment projects for government bodies and multinationals. He has particular experience across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, biotechnology and major infrastructure, where projects are heavily regulated and the robustness of reporting is key to forward planning at an enterprise level.

From feasibility to operational start up, Georgie has worked with clients at all stages of the project life cycle. He has advised on every aspect of project and programme controls, schedule management and delay analysis, risk management, quantitative risk analysis and completion feasibility, earned value analysis and contractor performance optimisation, cost and cash flow analysis, stakeholder management strategy and the assessment of supplier quality and reliability through advanced assurance methodologies.
