Karl has a strong ability to manage and motivate consultants and contractors alike, in a manner that achieves the desired results for his clients.

He has experience in a wide range of sectors including office, residential, retail, heritage, education, religion and charity. Karl is also well versed in Contract Administration, having acted in this capacity for clients under various forms of contract including JCT (traditional and Design & Build), NEC and GC/Works.
