Kevin Newton

Kevin leads teams across the Data Centre and Film Studio sectors for the firm, adding to his diverse experience in Commercial, Residential, Refurbishment, Hotel, Student Accommodation, with projects ranging from £500k to £1bn.

He is also one of the firm’s cladding experts and is part of the firm's cladding working group, using his close relationship with industry partners to keep the firm at the forefront of market awareness within the cladding arena.

A motivated individual, who believes in team cohesion, both internally and externally, through building trusted relationships and bringing solutions to tabled problems. He is enthusiastic about the projects he delivers, the clients he works for and developing strong relationships with the teams he works with.

Kevin previously sat on the board of the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust, the same organisation he served his apprenticeship through, and he has a passion for developing the next generation of surveyors having been active in mentoring across the firm.
