Paul joined G&T’s project management team in 2014 after 20 years of hands-on experience on construction sites. With an engineering background, he excels in developing precise and detailed construction programmes and forensically analysing contractor schedules. Paul has also devised highly complex logistics strategies for challenging schemes, ensuring efficient project execution and seamless coordination across all phases.  Paul is also a member of the firm's Mass Timber Forum.
