Richard Harris

Richard has wide ranging experience across a range of major sectors on projects which often have complex logistical challenges or are in sensitive locations. He prides himself on his pro-active approach to cost and project management to help ensure all client objectives are achieved.

He leads a team of surveyors who provide reinstatement cost advice to major landowners across Central London but also building owners throughout the UK.

The majority of Richard's projects involve interfacing with multiple stakeholders and often with the eventual end users of the property.
