Richard Robinson

Richard works within the G&T project controls business unit working predominately in the utilities, energy, transport and defence sectors and is currently focused on supporting clients with general project controls, estimating, cost intelligence and commercial assurance.

He is a strategic thinker and proven business leader who brings a wealth of experience in project and programme whole life costing, assurance, commercial asset data, benchmarking and people leadership. 

Richard has a distinctive background in cost assurance advisory and has worked across multiple sectors in the UK and globally. He has assisted numerous clients to realise true cost of their projects, deliver savings and drive more efficiency. He has successfully built large delivery teams and has a passion for driving collaboration, best practice and technical excellence for both client organisations and his own delivery teams. 

Richard is a Fellow of the Association of Cost Engineers and has previously sat on the board at the ACostE and acted as a technical accreditation assessor helping clients improve their staff professional development.
