Stephen Becker

Stephen has extensive experience in managing significant new construction and gut rehabilitation projects in sectors including luxury and rental residential, hotels, museum and cultural institutions and high-end hospitality.

He is skilled in all aspects of development including predevelopment planning, financial pro-forma modelling and analysis, code and permitting strategy, interaction with city agencies and community groups, design development, consultant team assembly and management and construction management.

He has directed the design and development of projects with internationally renowned architecture firms including OMA, Foster + Partners, MVRDV, Morris Adjmi, Thierry Despont, FX Collaborative, SLCE and GKV.
