3 St Helen's Place - Landlord Speculative Work
Towards the latter stages of the basebuild refurbishment of 3 St Helen's Place, G&T recognised there was a growing demand for pre-fitted smaller office floors.
We collaborated with a specialist design & build contractor to prepare a speculative Cat B design and complete the fit-out of a pilot floor.
The positive reception of this test floor prompted the landlord to fit-out two further floors to the same standard ready for tenants' immediate occupation.
