3 Wellington Place is the largest of the office buildings constructed to date at MEPC’s Wellington Place development in central Leeds and comprises 109,000 sq ft of offices with a single level of basement car parking.
The six storey BREEAM 'Excellent' Cat A office is treated in high quality products with stone and glass façades and includes high quality finishes to all landlord areas with BCO compliant space to all lettable areas.
Construction completed in 2018 and the fit-out is now underway, cost managed by G&T for the tenant HMRC, on behalf of MEPC.
