The project involves the demolition and reconstruction of an existing West End office building to provide 105,000 sq ft of contemporary Category A office accommodation and 17,000 sq ft of retail.
The works include strip out and structural demolition of two existing buildings and reconstruction of a new seven storey steel framed building with brick and faience cladding.
The building is set to achieve BREEAM 'Excellent'.
