65 Davies Street

This premium office development located above the Bond Street West Elizabeth Line station offers 67,568 sq ft of high specification workspace across six floors. Delivered in collaboration with the Crossrail project, the over-station development required close coordination with Crossrail, Transport for London and London Underground Limited.

The terracotta façade incorporates artwork by London-based artist Clare Twomey, designed to acknowledge the local history of the site.

Wellness and employee amenities are a major focus and the building includes shower facilities on every floor and the upper level terraces provide outdoor spaces for relaxation and informal meetings.

The development also includes 80 cycle spaces, lockers and well-equipped changing facilities, encouraging sustainable commuting options.

Sustainability is at the heart of the design with the entire development operating on a fully electric energy system.  Rooftop photovoltaic panels generate renewable energy and a biodiverse trellis wall planted with wildflowers enhances the ecological value of the site while contributing to urban greening.

The building is targeting WELL accreditation, BREEAM 'Excellent' and WiredScore 'Platinum'.

G&T also provided Tenant Liaison and Fit-Out Monitoring services.
