77 Mayfair
77 Mayfair is the first new-build residential building to complete in Mayfair for over 15 years. Located on South Audley Street and overlooking the world-famous Dorchester Hotel, developer Luxlo has replaced an existing 1970s office block with seven large super luxury apartments.
Designed by award-winning architects Squire and Partners, the apartments sit behind the practice's signature design coupled with the original Edwardian Portland stone façade which dates back to 1904. The interiors have been created by Martin Kemp Design, enhancing the unparalleled high ceilings and unique lateral living space.
