The project involves a significant change of model from a traditional style of office into a modern, flexible space to suit the firm's evolving business needs, reflecting a "digital first" approach with collaboration and recreational spaces as well as the integration of smart building technologies.

The scope of works covers over 270,000 sq ft of refurbishment and fit-out of space with the original brief being to retain as many elements of the existing infrastructure as possible in order to optimise cost.

Our role includes managing all aspects of the budget including the fit-out, fees, technology, AV and furniture. The fit-out completed in Q2 2021.
