Admiralty Arch
The development and refurbishment of the Grade I Listed Admiralty Arch to a five-star deluxe standard will include pool, spa and gym facilities together with a ballroom and function areas, hotel suites and residential units alongside bars and restaurants.
The hotel suites will offer unparalleled views of Buckingham Palace in one direction and Nelson's Column and Trafalgar Square in the other. Outdoor spaces include a ground floor terrace and a sixth floor rooftop terrace.
Two two-storey basements on both sides of the arch are being constructed along with four linked tunnels below ground to house amenities for the luxury hotel.
