The project involved the fit-out from CAT A of the fifth floor at 1 Queen Caroline Street. Works were undertaken in an occupied building and involved the construction of comms rooms, edit suites, broadcasting rooms as well as tea points, reception, meeting and conference rooms.
The project differed from many office fit-out schemes as specialist broadcasting contractors were directly employed by the client and required detailed interface with other aspects and services.
