American House has undergone a major gut renovation core and shell rehabilitation of a 10,000 sq ft residence space at 120 West 60 Street, a building attached to the landmarked Church of St Paul the Apostle.
America Media and the USA Northeast Province of the Society of Jesus utilize the building as a 12 bed community residence which includes bedrooms, communal kitchen, dining room, lounge and roof terrace.
The building underwent full interior demolition and abatement, core and shell renovation, a new elevator, interior and façade work. G&T managed the project through due diligence, site selection/negotiation, landmarks, ALT I and II filing, landlord/tenant negotiation and design and construction.
