Arbor is net zero carbon in operation and part of the wider 5.5 acre Bankside Yards estate which is set to be the UK's first major mixed-use fossil fuel free development. The optimised design creates 45% less carbon dioxide in the building’s operation and a biodiverse green roof will encourage local wildlife.
With 223,000 sq ft of flexible workspace over 19 levels, occupiers will be able to create their optimal working environment through the Arbor building app. Smart energy metering will allow monitoring of energy consumption in real time, allowing sustainable changes and energy savings to be made.
The building has been awarded Wiredscore Platinum due to exceptional standards for the quality of its wired infrastructure, resilience and wireless network.
