Work has begun on the first phase of the Assembly Bristol regeneration scheme to provide much needed Grade A office space for the Bristol market.
Believed to be the largest speculative office development ever undertaken in Bristol, the AXA/Bell Hammer scheme will deliver 320,000 sq ft of commercial office space across three buildings located around a new waterfront public realm.
The scheme promises to deliver a thriving workplace with an emphasis on staff wellbeing by providing rooftop amenity space, south facing balconies and 'best in class' cycle and changing facilities.
The development is targeting a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating, WELL enabled design and Wiredscore Platinum accreditation for connectivity.
