Azzurra, part of the Aqua Restaurant Group, is a new 7,300 sq ft seafood restaurant. Central to its design is a striking 16m bar that stretches the length of the restaurant.
G&T led the fast-paced design process while negotiating various landlord and council approvals. After finalising the design phase, we drove the construction process via the selected contractor, simultaneously engaging in a thorough value engineering process in collaboration with the designer and client.
