Bloom Hayes is a multi-let commercial and industrial refurbishment in one of West London’s most established industrial hubs. The development is set over four acres and comprises seven units providing 106,901 sq ft of Grade A sustainable industrial space.
G&T provided Cost Management services from Stage 0 to inform the development appraisal and site acquisition, through the design, procurement and constructions stages.
We worked with the client to provide cost options to inform the development appraisal and also managed the procurement and tender process to deliver the tender within budget.
