Bloom Poplar is a modern and sustainable multi-let industrial and logistics development in East London. Part of Bloom’s growing portfolio, it offers newly refurbished warehouse space across two blocks, with unit sizes ranging from 1,500 sq ft to 70,000 sq ft.
This is G&T’s first project with Bloom and we provided Cost Management services from the early planning stages, supporting the development appraisal and site acquisition through to design, procurement and construction.
We helped the client explore cost options, including refurbishment, expansion, demolition and new-build solutions as well as managing the procurement and construction to ensure the project stayed within budget.
