The project involves the creation of three new storeys above the existing building to improve its operation and provide additional commercial space for letting. A new separate entrance off Aldermanbury Square will be created for the lettable space.
Alongside the new accommodation, The Brewers' Company's own office space will also be refurbished and relocated within the building. All existing facilities are being renovated, including the hall and supporting functions.
