The ethos of community and wellbeing is also encouraged through communal spaces, breakout areas and a carefully curated programme of occupier events, while the Cadworks™ app offers additional amenities to occupiers.
The project is BREEAM "Excellent", EPC A rated, WiredScore “Platinum”, ActiveScore “Platinum” and was awarded an impressive “Gold” rating from AirRated demonstrating the quality of its indoor air.
The building was delivered to 'shell and floor' specification to allow tenants to choose floor and ceiling finishes to suit their bespoke fit-out specification. This resulted in a significant reduction of material waste and associated carbon emissions.
