Center Parcs
G&T acted as Development Monitor for a syndicate of lenders on the development of the UK's fifth Center Parcs holiday village in 365 acres of woodland at Woburn Forest, Bedfordshire.
Our role included the preparation of an Initial Report, reviewing and commenting on construction procurement, cost and programme risks. This included liaison with the banks, their solicitors, the borrow and its team. Once construction started, we attended site on a monthly basis to review and report on progress, and to advise the banks on the drawdown of costs against the loan facility.
