The new development is situated on the site of a former church, which was demolished to make space for the project.
The narrow, sloping site includes a basement and is adjacent to several residential properties and a junior school, requiring careful and sensitive attention to neighbouring concerns.
Before finalising the loan, G&T conducted a thorough due diligence and reporting process. Following the approval of funding, G&T provided ongoing monitoring of the project's progress from the ground up, including monthly project updates and approval of expenditure from the loan facility.
