Designed by Mosaic Architects, the seven-storey building provides 301 beds in a mixture of studio and cluster accommodation and communal facilities including a dance studio, gym, cinema, soundproofed rehearsal/practice rooms and a sky lounge. The scheme also features private patios, landscaped courtyards and several roof terraces. Bike storage is provided on the ground and lower ground floors.
Located next to the National Piping Centre, the E-shaped building has been built on an entire street block bounded by Dunblane Street, Milton Street, Larbert Street and McPhater Street.
