Durham University Business School
The project involved significant remodelling and a full fit-out to provide teaching, office and support services across five floors, transforming the space into a modern academic hub.
A key feature of the fit-out was the creation of a tiered Harvard-style lecture theatre, complemented by state-of-the-art audio-visual installation, designed to enhance the learning experience.
The project was completed to a high standard of sustainability, achieving SKA Gold rating.
