Ellipta Phase 4

Following our engagement with the first three phases of the programme, G&T was appointed to provide Cost Management, Integrated Schedule Management, Risk Management, Change Management and Project & Progress Reporting services.

G&T provided continuity of cost management, planning and performance reporting to multiple internal delivery and external supply chains. In addition to this, we championed and underpinned the execution of good project controls practices that complemented and fully aligned with GSK's compliance and project governance systems. This ensured that a strong 'early warning/no surprises' ethos was maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

As part of this phase, G&T supported studies into options to deliver the required capacity increase in alignment with the long term global supply chain strategy for Ellipta.

The project was awarded the "GSK Major Project of the Year 2019".
