Ellipta Phase 5
In parallel with Ellipta Phase 4, G&T supported the delivery of further manufacturing capacity increase including initial site impact assessments for multiple options at sites across the GSK global network.
We were able to use our knowledge and experience from the previous phases to provide accurate early stage support to the decision-making process ensuring that fast paced investment decisions could be taken with confidence and in alignment with the global supply chain strategy.
Phase 5 included investment at sites in France and the USA to meet the capacity demand and providing the necessary supply chain resilience. G&T provided remote and visiting support to the projects for master scheduling, estimate integration, funding application support, cost management, change and risk management and the preparation of monthly reports ensuring continuity of service and delivery on time and within budget.
