Engineering & Computing Building 2
ECB2 is a new build development for Coventry University to provide additional teaching accommodation.
The accommodation will include workshops, PC labs and seminar rooms along with the associated collaborative working spaces, staff bases and WC and kitchenette facilities.
The proposed ECB2 is a four storey building of approximately 5,300m² GIA and will incorporate a pedestrian bridge link to the existing adjacent ECB1.
A mix of hard and soft landscaping works will complement the development and the adjacent existing car park will be reinstated.
