Fora continues to expand its portfolio of contemporary flexible workspaces in the UK. The premium worksuites and co-working spaces are conceived with productivity and well-being at the heart of the design.
Fora Borough includes a flexible roof terrace and hospitality space with views over London’s skyline as well as a ground floor café and restaurant that connects the office with the local neighbourhood.
G&T was involved in negotiating upgrades to the base build offer and designing the fit out to accommodate a 1:5m² occupancy density.
G&T has supported Fora and its investor, Brockton Capital, since the infancy of its co-working model and in conjunction with the rest of the consultant team, has helped Fora develop their workplace standards and streamlined the procurement processes. We are now working on our eighth project with Fora in London.
