The project involves the new build of 145 high quality apartments and penthouses in three blocks designed by Wilkinson Eyre as part of the King's Cross regeneration masterplan.
As well as the new build element, the existing listed Gasholder frames had to be refurbished and strengthened to meet modern day requirements and then re-erected.
As part of our role, G&T managed the two stage D&B procurement route of Carillion under the King's Cross contractor framework.
