Hogan Lovells BUSINESS SERVICES department relocated to a new 33,000 sq ft flexible office environment carried out over a 15-week Design & Build programme.
The project was time critical as the former home for Business Services was being decommissioned by the landlord and required immediate vacation. Despite challenges integrating existing MEP services, the project team minimised the financial and programme impact by critically re-assessing workflows with contractors, reviewing the variation orders thoroughly and facilitating solutions with the landlord and client's technical team.
