Leeds Building Society's head office at the riverside city centre location in Leeds provides a vibrant new workplace, which prioritises sustainability as well as health and wellbeing for employees.
The 80,000 sq ft refurbishment combines formal and informal workspaces to provide a flexible working environment using the existing floorplates while introducing greater connectivity through meeting pods and link bridges across the four storey atrium.
The project is striving to achieve the lowest cost Whole-Life solution, which reduces the CO2 profile, vastly improves energy efficiency and addresses the long-term maintenance and operational strategy for the building.
