Leith Walk

As part of the Leith Walk development, the project will also feature the construction of a single-storey ancillary block adjacent to the main building. This additional structure will accommodate essential communal facilities, including a fully equipped laundry room, a gymnasium, a cinema room and a secure cycle storage area.
Furthermore, the development will incorporate a substation to ensure a reliable power supply for the buildings, supporting the overall infrastructure of the site.
