Lewisham Gateway Phase 2 is the final phase of Muse Developments' major mixed-use regeneration scheme and will deliver more new homes together with a retail and leisure offering.
With excellent transport connections, this final phase will be operated by Get Living and will provide 530 residential apartments and 119 for co-living alongside 25,000 sq ft of retail space, 15,000 sq ft of food and beverage space, a gym, 10,000 sq ft of offices and a nine-screen cinema. The buildings range in height from six to 30 storeys and completion is anticipated in 2023.
G&T provided Cost Management services – from Stage 2 design through procuring Tier 1 main contractor from Stage 3 design information and post contract services.
