Life Cycle Cost & PPM Review
G&T was appointed by Retirement Villages Group to undertake a review of its Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) scheduling and asset life cycle replacement programme over a 15-year lookahead period. The initial requirement for two communities was extended to include a further nine locations.
Following site visits with the Estates team and General Managers, we developed new life cycle replacement and PPM scheduling models where each asset was classified in accordance with the RICS NRM asset hierarchy and asset life expectancy.
