This pilot study project at Linklaters' current Silk Street global headquarters provides an opportunity to trial a new workspace that reflects potential future ways of working and effective post-pandemic workstyles.
Delivering a pilot space ahead of the upcoming relocation project enables the practice to experience a new agile, hybrid workspace layout and collate key data and feedback on occupancies, agility ratios and workstyles, all of which will be critical in supporting effective and informed decision-making along the journey to its new headquarters at 20 Ropemaker.
