Louis is a new Italian-American luxury dining destination that brings to life the story and legacy of Louis "Lucky" Luciano. Designed by the acclaimed Fabled Studios, the 5,000 sq ft space blends glamour and intrigue with immersive storytelling.
The venue features a sophisticated cocktail bar, a striking live music stage, a tiered main dining area, and a mezzanine kitchen discreetly tucked away at the back of house—all contributing to a richly layered and atmospheric experience.
G&T was appointed to manage the swift and complex fit-out of the restaurant, working within a tight timeframe to deliver the vision on schedule. Our role also involved navigating and securing critical landlord approvals, ensuring that the ambitious design and operational requirements were met without compromise.
