Located on the site of the former Hope Foundry, Mabgate Yard will provide much needed affordable homes to this historically industrial area of Leeds, regenerating a redundant site into one of the city's most exciting neighbourhoods.
Designed by Cunniff, the BtR scheme will include 310 high quality studio, one, two and three bed apartments across four blocks of between seven and ten storeys.
Centred around a courtyard, amenity space will include landscaped gardens and enhanced public realm alongside communal co-working and creative space.
