Fit-out of a 90,000 sq ft developer's shell within The Lexicon - Bracknell's new retail and leisure destination - to provide a 48,000 sq ft sales floor plus back of house areas.
Works were undertaken over two floors and included 36,000 sq ft of GM sales, 9,000 sq ft of foods, a 3,000 sq ft café and 9,000 sq ft earmarked for future expansion.
Finishes included ceramic and timber floors, open ceilings and panelled walls. The unit was fully sprinkler protected and included air conditioning via displacement columns incorporated into the shop floor fit-out.
The project was carried out as part of the M&S Framework which G&T has been part of since 2006.
