G&T has been providing Cost Management services to Marks & Spencer as part of a framework agreement since 2006.
Under this framework we have received appointments covering more than 500 projects within new and existing stores.
Project values ranged from £10,000 to £35million and works have included:
- New store fit-outs of developer shells
- Extensions to existing stores
- Refurbishment of existing stores
- Roll outs of new retail initiatives
- Health & Safety upgrades
- Façade renovations
Recent projects include Kingsley Village in Cornwall, The Lexicon in Bracknell, Rushden Lakes in Northampton, Brentwood and Westfield White City and Stratford.
