Marks & Spencer - Kingsley Village
Fit-out of a new 68,000 sq ft developer's shell in the new Kingsley Village Shopping Park just off the A30 in Cornwall. The unit provides 47,000 sq ft of sales floor plus back of house areas.
Works were undertaken over three floors and included 35,000 sq ft of GM sales, 9,000 sq ft of foods, a 3,000 sq ft café and first floor back of house space. Finishes included ceramic floors, open ceilings and panelled walls. The unit is fully sprinkler protected and includes air conditioning via displacement columns incorporated into the shop floor fit-out.
The project was carried out as part of the M&S Framework which G&T has been part of since 2006.
