The project involved the repair, conservation and conversion of the existing Maryhill Burgh Halls building in Glasgow into business units, community hall, recording studio, cafe and nursery.

Works comprised external and internal restoration to the existing Category B listed building and a new modern extension to the remainder of the site.

This community focused project gained tremendous support from a number of funding bodies including the Scottish Government (City Growth Fund, HRD, Town Centre Regeneration Fund), Heritage Lottery Fund, Big Lottery, European Regional Development Fund, Historic Scotland, Glasgow City Council (Better Glasgow Fund, Vacant and Derelict Land Fund) and Robertson Trust.
