G&T supported Maven’s real estate team from the outset - including the site search, through the selection process and with the head of terms and agreement for lease negotiations on the team's relocation to 155 Bishopsgate.
We also provided project management and contract administration on the CAT B design, construction, and delivery.
The 39,000 sq ft space includes an open plan environment for the business's traders, modular meeting rooms, an all-hands space, catering, a gym studio and wellness suite, as well as a games area.
Despite programme challenges, G&T was able to preserve Maven’s first day of business through collaboration and a dedication to drive the team to maintain timescales.
